Carlos
Charlie (or Carlitos), a native of Buenos Aires, came to the United States in 2000. He developed a passion for cooking during his childhood and hasn't stopped cooking since. After working many years in different hotels and restaurants, Carlos decided to open Charlie's Empanadas so that he can bring a taste of his Buenos Aires querido to the DMV area.
